Learner permit B: how do you prove the mandatory exercises are complete?

The decree calls for certification

Decree 294/2025 provides for eight hours and platform certification, but this does not mean the process is already mandatory for every candidate. Article 6(2) delays its effect until the platform implementation decree enters into force; Article 6(3) limits it to learner permits issued afterwards.

As of 20 October 2026, the MIT legal-notice section consulted lists the decree but not the implementation decree. It is therefore not established that the new certificate is already required for every test application. Check MIT updates and your learner-permit issue date; if the new regime applies, the school can identify the correct certificate.

Check each module before booking

Before booking the practical test, first check which rules apply to your permit. The decree preserves transition rules for permits issued before its effective date; after the platform system is activated, later permits fall under the certified modules. If you changed schools, ask how any records covered by the applicable rules should be transferred.
